DAN SOUZA
With over 30 years of experience, Dan has been the lead foreman of our plastering crew for 20 years. Dan's attention to detail and his determination to achieve perfection is second to none! Dan brings a warm, light-hearted, yet serious way to each job site. He has been an absolute gem to our company.
FRED HARRIS (NOW RETIRED)
Having over 40 years of experience Fred has acquired the unique ability to not only plaster but also to tape & finish. Fred has worked in hundreds of homes throughout the state and continues to overwhelm folks with a kindness and gentle manner that elevates him as one of the few, true gentlemen in this trade! BOB AVAKIAN
Affectionately known as, "Big Bob" also has over 30 years of experience in this lost art of Veneer Plastering. Only second to his natural abilities with a trowel, is his incredible sense of humor and his beautiful & positive attitude, that makes walking on the jobsite a delight! It has been an absolute blessing having "Big Bob" as part of our crew!

With close to 40 years of experience, Steve has acquired the skills needed to accomplish anything he may encounter when it comes to finishing or repairing your walls and ceilings. He is also quite knowledgeable when it comes to knowing & relating South County History!

BOBBY MENESES
As a 2nd generation wallboard installer Bobby is rarely ever taken back by what some might consider a challenge or even impossible! He simply and quietly evaluates what needs to be done and than replies with his typical response: "No problem." His laid back demeanor and hard working ethic, makes for a perfect pairing on our job sites.
We are honored to have he and his older brother Frank, lay the groundwork for our finishing crews!
FRANK MENESES
Being largely responsible for the mentoring and training of his younger brother Bobby, Frank who is now in his 50's and still as strong as ever, has handed the "reigns of authority" over to Bobby. While still overseeing that things are done correctly, Frank allows Bobby the freedom to take the lead of their crew. The way these two brothers install wallboard each day, is like a choreographed dance. With seemingly little effort, this small crew accomplishes the work of a small army!
